Support of Sofiac in the implementation of energy conservation and energy efficiency projects at IBM’s manufacturing facility in Bromont, Quebec

SOFIAC is supporting IBM in Canada as IBM continues its decades-long commitment and practice in energy conservation and efficiency.

Specifically, SOFIAC is assisting IBM with the implementation of energy conservation and efficiency projects at its manufacturing plant in Bromont, Quebec across a range of areas — including heating, lighting, fuel switching — that make both environmental and business sense.

These projects, to be implemented over multiple years, are anticipated to save over 43,000 gigajoules of energy while avoiding associated GHG emissions.
